Funding for gas efficiency

The Office of Environment and Heritage is seeking applications for funding to help your business maintain its gas equipment.

Increase your energy efficiency in 2017

Looking to further your knowledge in energy efficiency this year? Registrations are now open for new energy efficiency training courses starting in February 2017.

From HVAC to commercial refrigeration and battery storage, there are a variety of courses available to help businesses increase their energy efficiency measures.

New workshops available include Building the business case, which helps businesses plan, develop and communicate their business cases.

March 2017 courses

Attendance also qualifies you for post-training support valued at approximately $3000, so you can put your learnings into action. 

Pressed for time but still looking to get a snapshot of energy efficient technologies?

OEH has launched several 15 to 30-minute online courses on topics including voltage optimisation, refrigeration basics and measurement and verification.

Keep an eye out for new resources launching in the coming months on wastewater treatment plants, sub-metering, compressed air and aquatic centres. In the meantime, access existing resources including the recently launched battery storage for business guide here.

Start Something workshops

Do you or someone you know have a bright idea that would help the community and the natural world, but keep thinking, ‘How do I start? What do I do next?’

The Start Something Workshops may be what you have been looking for. Free to attend, the workshops focus on three skills areas; shaping your idea, finding finance and telling your story.

Maybe you have a great idea, or maybe you have the drive to help someone else get their idea off the ground.

Your local community group might be looking for new ways to secure funding and build partnerships.

Start Something workshops are running over February and March in Western Sydney, Central West, Northern Rivers and Murray-Riverina.
